Symbian have a new problem

It seems that Symbian back problems, writes Electronista. It is learned that recently two of the best models on this platform, Nokia N97 and Sony Ericsson Satio, were withdrawn from sale because of technical problems, and instead of the first model, Vodafone UK is now offering N97 Mini. According to informed sources, in this case, the reason lies in the software, N97, since the original firmware version of the model allegedly causes failures in its work.

As Sony Ericsson Satio, it turned out, Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U have just removed this model with the sale. However, it is not yet available through Orange, T-Mobile UK and Vodafone UK, but many users complain that some bug in the firmware for this model disables the device during the download and installation of some applications. However, Sony Ericsson UK argues that only a small number Satio suffers from this problem, and SE will soon release a patch.

Either way, we can say that these incidents have caused some damage to Symbian. As we know, this platform is not experiencing the best of times and it is yielding its positions in the smartphone market.
